The Faculty Senate is the faculty’s primary governing body and oversees academic policies and advises on issues affecting faculty roles, working conditions, and research. Senators serve two-year terms, and faculty interested in serving on the Faculty Senate can self-nominate for the annual elections that are held each spring.
