V. Reports

A. Sharon Gaber, Provost

The Provost presented on the following:

Dean Search Committee Updates:

Board of Trustees FOIA Policy - Mark Rushing is our FOIA point of contact in University Relations. An FOIA info-sheet is in the works to help clarify the policy.

B. Dennis Brewer, IT Services

Dr. Brewer presented a test site of the new syllabus repository, set to go online by Fall 2014. ASG requested access to a syllabus bank. A test site has been established with currently a minimal number of items available (type Brewer and you will see examples). Eventually, one would be able to search by name, search by course and see syllabuses - syllabus.uark.edu Faculty can place as much or as little online as desired.
