The following items are referred to the Faculty Senate for review and action at its meeting scheduled for March 11, 2009:

1. Undergraduate and School of Law course change proposals approved by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009: Table A and Table D.

2. Graduate and dual credit course change proposals approved by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009 and the Graduate Council on February 19, 2009: Table B and Table C.

3. Undergraduate and graduate courses were approved to remain inactive even though the courses listed in Table E have had been inactive for the past three years and approved to delete the courses listed in Table F that have had been inactive for the past three years. Both tables were approved by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009 and the Graduate Council on February 19, 2009.

4. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences – Department of Economics – ECNCBA - BA, Economics - (Table 1, Attachment 1A) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

5. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences – Department of Agricultural and Extension Education – AECTBS - BSA, Agricultural Education, Communication and Technology - (Table 2, Attachment 2A) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

6. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences – Department of Agricultural and Extension Education – ACOM-M, Minor in Agricultural Communications - (Table 2, Attachments 2B and 2C) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

7. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences – School of Human Environmental Sciences – APSTBS – BSHES, Apparel Studies (Table 2, Attachment 2D) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

8. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – All Minors in Business for both Business and Non-Business majors (Table 3, Attachment 3A) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

9. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – All Walton College and Departmental Scholars Programs (Table 3, Attachment 3B) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

10. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – Department of Accounting – ACCTBS – BSBA, Accounting (Table 3, Attachment 3C) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

11. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – Department of Accounting – ACCTBS – BSBA, Accounting – BSIB Concentration (Table 3, Attachment 3D) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

12. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – Department of Accounting – WACT-M – Accounting Minor for Business Students (Table 3, Attachment 3E) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

13. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Walton College of Business – Department of Accounting – ACCT-M – Accounting Minor for Non-Business Students (Table 3, Attachment 3F) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on February 27, 2009.

14. Proposed graduate program change for the Department of Rehabilitation, Human Resources and Communication Disorders - WDEDED – EDD, Workforce Development Education (Table 4, Attachment 4A) was approved without opposition by the Graduate Council on February 19, 2009.
