Students who have three or more final exams scheduled on one day will be allowed reschedule one of the exams. This policy outlines the procedure and limitations in that process. We are soliciting your comments before the next Executive committee meeting.

The following items are referred to the Faculty Senate for review and action by the University Course and Programs Committee and the Graduate Council:

1. Undergraduate course change proposals approved by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009: Table A.

2. Graduate and Dual credit course change proposals approved by the University Course and Programs Committee on December 19, 2008 and the Graduate Council on January 15, 2009: Table B and Table C.

3. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Graduate School – Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Programs – Microelectronics-Photonics – MEPH-M, Minor Microelectronics-Photonics (Table 1, Attachment 1A) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009.

4. Proposed undergraduate program change for the College of Engineering – Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering – CENGBS, BS Computer Engineering (Table 1, Attachment 2A) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009.

5. Proposed undergraduate program change for the College of Engineering – Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering – CSCEBS, BS Computer Science (Table 1, Attachment 2B) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009.

6. Proposed undergraduate program change for the College of Engineering – Department of Electrical Engineering – ELEGBS, BS Electrical Engineering (Table 1, Attachment 2C) was approved without opposition by the University Course and Programs Committee on January 23, 2009.
