B.. Separate voting item: The Graduate Council recommends increasing the graduation fee for doctoral students and the thesis fee for master’s thesis students by $10 to cover the increase in the cost of submitting a thesis or dissertation to UMI/ProQuest. The proposal was unanimously approved by the Graduate Council on September 20, 2007.
